Bitfocus Companion

The Cloudmix Studio module for Bitfocus Companion lets you run a live production from a Stream Deck or any other control surface Companion supports.

The module is in beta. Download it from Releases.

What you can do​

  • Projects: start and stop projects, with button feedback for whether a project is running and its status. Starting a project takes a few minutes.
  • Macros: run and stop macros.
  • Scenes: apply scenes, with a transition duration you can set for the whole module or per button.
  • Recording: start and stop recording on supported components.
  • Destinations: enable, disable or toggle output destinations, with feedback showing which are enabled.

Ready-made buttons for each of your projects are in the module's Presets tab.

Requirements​

  • Bitfocus Companion 4.3.0 or later, or 5.x
  • A Cloudmix account with an active subscription and at least one project
  • A Cloudmix API key with project session permissions

  • Install: download the module, import it and connect it to Cloudmix.
  • Updating: move to a new version without losing your buttons.
